She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B.PT) from Gujarat University (SBB College of Physiotherapy, V.S. Hospital, 2014) and has 10+ years of experience, including five years at the AMC Physiotherapy Center. She is also a certified fitness trainer. ## My way of health and life I am a physiotherapist with more than a decade of experience in helping people improve their physical health and overall wellbeing. I graduated from SBB College of Physiotherapy at V.S. Hospital, Ahmedabad, in 2014, with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Gujarat University. I began my career with five years of dedicated service at the AMC Physiotherapy Center, followed by five years at several physiotherapy centres across Ahmedabad. Working with so many patients taught me that no two people are the same. Two people with the same knee pain can need very different care. Today I run my own independent practice at Harshanti Society, Shantivan, Paldi, close to Chandranagar. I am registered with the Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy, registration number GSCPT-2222\. Because I am not a large clinic, I see every patient myself, from the first assessment to the last session. I also visit patients at home across Ahmedabad and offer online consultations. ## A holistic approach My care includes not just physical therapy but also breathing and meditation based techniques, because I believe the body and mind recover together. Patients who feel calm and understand their condition move with more confidence and recover better. I am also a certified fitness trainer and a member of the Indian Academy of Fitness Training (MIAFT). I hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B.PT) from Gujarat University, studied at SBB College of Physiotherapy, V.S. Hospital, Ahmedabad, and graduated in 2014\. I worked for five years at the AMC Physiotherapy Center and five years at other physiotherapy centres before starting my independent practice. I am also a certified fitness trainer with the Indian Academy of Fitness Training. Are you a registered physiotherapist? Yes. I am registered with the Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy (GSCPT). My council registration number is GSCPT-2222. Will I be treated by Dr. Meghna herself? Yes. I am an independent physiotherapist, not a large clinic, so I see and treat every patient myself. Many women patients also feel more comfortable being treated by a woman physiotherapist. Which languages do you speak with patients? I speak with patients in Gujarati, Hindi and English. Please use whichever language you are most comfortable with. Where is your physiotherapy practice in Ahmedabad? My practice is at 6, Harshanti Society, opposite Komal Enclave Flats, Prabhudas Thakkar College Road, Shantivan, Paldi, Ahmedabad 380007, close to Chandranagar. It covers your assessment and a clear explanation of your problem and treatment plan.
