A recent strain may need 3 to 6 sessions, while long term pain or rehab after surgery or a stroke needs more. I give you an honest estimate at the first visit and review it as you improve. Do I need a doctor's referral to see a physiotherapist? You can contact me directly without a referral. If you are already under a doctor's care, please bring their notes. If I find any sign that needs a medical opinion or tests, I will tell you clearly and refer you to the right doctor. Which languages do you speak with patients?
